Becks Home Furniture – Terms and Conditions of Sale

Ownership and Payment All merchandise remains the property of Becks Home Furniture & Appliances until payment is received in full. Items will not be released from our warehouse until the outstanding balance is paid. We offer complimentary storage for up to 30 days. After this period, items must be picked up or delivered. Accepted payment methods include credit card, cheque, or e-transfer to: sales@beckshomefurniture.com.

Return Policy (Excludes Custom Orders) We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on unused, regularly stocked items within 10 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the bill of sale and original receipt. Cancellations of in-stock merchandise are subject to approval and may incur a minimum 20% restocking fee. Cut materials, special orders, clearance, and “AS-IS” items are final sale and non-refundable. We strongly encourage you to inspect all items before purchase.

Special / Custom Orders A non-refundable 25% deposit is required on all special or custom orders. These sales are final and not eligible for refund or cancellation. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, and delays may occur beyond our control. Estimated order times are given based on our most recent order experience. Note: Actual products may vary in appearance and may include optional features. Variations in dye lots, stains, textures, and natural markings (e.g., leather scarring) are to be expected.

Warranty All products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and will be serviced in accordance with their specific terms and conditions.

Removals Requests for removal of existing appliances must be made at the time of order. Due to insurance limitations, our delivery team cannot perform removals unless explicitly included on your sales invoice. We do not remove old furniture, mattresses, or box springs. While we take care during delivery, Becks Home Furniture & Appliances is not liable for property damage exceeding the removal service charge.

Appliance Delivery Positioning of appliances is included in our standard delivery service. Installation and connection of appliances—including water lines and built-ins—are the sole responsibility of the customer. Becks Home Furniture is not authorized to perform these tasks.

Shipping Policy / Delivery Policy

Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

Costs for these services will be determined at the time of purchase or shipment.
